IT Service Desk Engineer –1st/2nd/3rd Line support

Details –

We are seeking x 2 IT Support professionals to join a dynamic team for a local Sussex, IT Service Provider . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of IT issues effectively. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that the IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for 2 different levels:

1st-2nd Line Service Desk Engineer and

Senior 2nd- 3rd Line Service Engineer

  • Proven experience in an IT support role, demonstrating a solid understanding of computer hardware and networking principles.
  • Ability to manage your own workload with little supervision
  • A high level of personal organisation
  • An excellent telephone manner, able to communicate well in sometimes fraught situations with the ability to calm situations and give confidence in solutions
  • FT/Permanent, flex – tbc
  • Must Drive
  • £28 – £38,000 pa
