Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop a people-focused function within a supportive, purpose-driven environment. This is a hands-on, strategic role with responsibility across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance within a regulated setting and driving a positive, inclusive culture.

The Role

  • Lead and deliver HR strategy aligned to organisational goals
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention
  • CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Organised, pragmatic, and people-focused
  • £36,000 – £38,000
  • Full-time, office-based in Hove (with some travel to other sites)
