
HR Assistant
Details –
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, systems, and reporting. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
The Role
- Maintain accurate employee records across the full lifecycle (joiners, changes, leavers)
- Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and HR administration processes
- Support HR projects and process improvements
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant/Administrator role
- Experience using BreatheHR or similar HR systems
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards
- Experience with HR reporting or onboarding support
- £28,000 – £32,000 FTE
- 30 hours over 4-5 days
- Hybrid, office base in Brighton
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
