
Events Manager – Cyber Security
Details –
You will manage the full event lifecycle, from planning and budgets to supplier negotiation, on-the-day delivery, and post-event reporting. Events include webinars, microconferences, exhibitions, and conferences. You will also evaluate ROI and implement learnings for future events.
- 5+ years B2B event management experience, including end-to-end event delivery
- Strong organisational, planning, and negotiation skills
- Confident front-of-house presence for live and virtual events
- Experience working in a company <100 employees, responsible for events independently
- Proficient in HubSpot and comfortable using LLMs to support communications
- Passion for measuring event ROI and driving improvements
- Hybrid working: minimum 2 days/week in Cardiff office
- Full-time, part-time, or contract
- Ideally within 1-hour commute of Cardiff Central
- £45 – £55,000 FTE
