HR Assistant

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, systems, and reporting. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

The Role

  • Maintain accurate employee records across the full lifecycle (joiners, changes, leavers)
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and HR administration processes
  • Support HR projects and process improvements
  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant/Administrator role
  • Experience using BreatheHR or similar HR systems
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards
  • Experience with HR reporting or onboarding support
  • £28,000 – £32,000 FTE
  • 30 hours over 4-5 days
  • Hybrid, office base in Brighton
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
