The Role

  • 50/50 split across admin, customer service, and sales
  • Supporting clients with tailored insurance solutions
  • Building strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Learning products and working towards sales targets
  • General office and administrative support

About You

    • Professional, well-presented, and people-focused
    • Strong communication and telephone skills
    • Organised with good attention to detail
    • Eager to learn and progress into a broker role
    • No prior insurance experience required
  • £26,000 base salary
  • Full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours)Mix of office-based in Brighton and home
