We are seeking x 2 IT Support professionals to join a dynamic team for a local Sussex, IT Service Provider . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of IT issues effectively. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that the IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for 2 different levels:
1st-2nd Line Service Desk Engineer and
Senior 2nd- 3rd Line Service Engineer
